Overview

Founded in 2010 by Paul Oxley and Graeme Bowen, Clear View Bi-Folding Doors was built on the principle that bringing light into an indoor space and improving the connection with the outdoors can positively impact health and wellbeing. Offering standards way beyond the industry minimum requirements, the company designs, manufactures and installs bi-folding, sliding and patio doors, windows and aluminium roof systems for customers across the UK. All products are manufactured at Clear View’s purpose-built 20,000 sq ft unit in Slaithwaite, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, which also boasts a customer showroom. Following a pay-as-you-go service structure, PPS contacts Clear View each time a service is due. If needed PPS can also be called on to provide emergency support 24/7, 365 days a year.

What was needed

Clear View’s processes depend on having a reliable air supply. When the company’s air compressor suddenly went into fault, production had to be halted.

What we did

At PPS we provide a genuine 24/7 call out service and were able to send an engineer out straight away. “I called your office and to my surprise was advised that an engineer would be with us within the hour,” Paul Oxley explains. “He arrived 40 minutes later and identified the issue in no time, which turned out to be an issue with our electrical supply, not the compressor. The engineer was not only conversant with the mechanics of the system, but also the electrical side of things.”

Why PPS?

We had supplied Clear View with their air compressor in December 2015 and had continued to service it on a regular basis.

Key benefits

  • Well-maintained equipment reduces the likelihood of costly breakdowns
  • Regular servicing keeps the air compressor working efficiently, keeping your energy usage as low as possible for the optimum pressure for your production
  • For when the unexpected happens emergency cover from expert engineers is available 24/7, 365 days a year
  • A pay as you go plan from PPS allows the customer to pay at the point of purchase but means they can relax knowing that PPS will be in touch when a service is needed (other plan options are available with added benefits)
Exceptional service, thank you. I would recommend PPS to anyone.
