PPS is pleased to announce three new appointments, designed to strengthen the team.

Following significant investment into our new premises at Brighouse (read more here), we now have the perfect working environment for our staff and a welcoming environment for visitors to our offices or Sales Counter.

To keep ahead of the competition and ensure that we continue to provide excellent customer service, we are growing and developing our team with three new appointments:

  • Andy Kershaw – joined in March 2018 as a trainer. With a background in tech support for Atlas Copco and Multibrand, he has extensive product knowledge and will be delivering training courses in our new training room for staff and outside companies
  • Darren Harvey – joined in March 2018 and will be working in pneumatic sales for our sister company Simm Engineering in Sheffield. Darren’s background as a Service Sales Manager at Atlas Copco and positions at Pneumax Lt and Tom Parker Ltd, will stand him in good stead in this new role.
  • James Fenwick – joined in April 2018 as a pipe fitter

Our investment in people will continue with further appointments where necessary, moving forward.

Meanwhile, a programme of staff training has been put in place, with monthly sessions led by suppliers, team members and external trainers. This will include training from Atlas Copco representatives.

Training sessions will be designed to benefit staff, helping them to progress their careers and to provide an even better service to customers. Some training will also be open to our customers – please contact our General Manager Matt O’Connor for further information.
